We are looking for someone who will take over and improve the company’s operational activities and continue to develop our products with us.
đź’Ş Your quest-line:
- Develop and oversee operational strategies, processes, and systems to ensure the company’s growth;
- Manage financial reporting and ensure project profitability;
- Handle personnel management: oversee HR processes, develop the team, and maintain high motivation;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports;
- Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and HR departments to achieve overall business objectives;
- Plan and evaluate marketing initiatives, analyze and monitor their performance;
- Lead the company’s product and PR strategies;
- Optimize internal processes to improve productivity and efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures;
- Manage the company’s budget and key financial metrics;
- Oversee the execution of high-impact projects, ensuring their success;
- Work closely with the CEO to set company goals and track their achievement.
👨‍🚀 Your in-game skin:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and organize teams;
- Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior management role;
- Deep understanding of operational processes and task management;
- Knowledge of BI systems and business process management tools;
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Experience in marketing with a deep understanding of channels, tools, and strategies;
- Experience in budgeting and managing financial metrics;
- Team-building skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
- Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects.
